Equipment Available

Selective Spot/Slot Stripe and Wipe Techniques or Masking and immersion cells.
From individual piece parts, cut strips or continuous stamped/ribbon material we can offer a range of equipment, which is only surpassed by our ability to deposit precious metals selectively. Our laboratory 'Mini-Plater' is ideal for research and development, or low level production work. The mid to larger production equipment can offer  superb throughput rates, combined with accuracy of position and control of deposit thickness.
If it is replacement equipment, or a more modular approach to equipment flexibility of construction, we can offer individual process cells which provide either highly selective immersion or extremely selective masking techniques.
The range of highly selective plating equipment can be adapted to suit individual customers requirements, whether it is for Gold, Silver, or Palladium Nickel. The normal metals Copper, Nickel, Tin and Tin-Lead are also catered for. Whatever the requirement we will have a concept to satisfy the individual need. Our extensive range of water rinse equipment and air blasts can offer remedies to costly problems, and when it comes to applying the electric current to a product, we can offer the most extensive range of cost effective devices in the marketplace today.
We specialise in providing a repair or replacement service for old and worn equipment, either to original manufacturers specifications, or upgraded to more advance design concepts of our own.
